At our recent LLMs and product strategy conference, I had the pleasure of giving my view on LLMs and the future of user interfaces. We talked about how humans are worse at predicting the future than you might expect, how we can make better forecasts, why agents aren't ready for prime-time, why LLMs won't replace GUIs, and why GUIs inevitably degrade over time.
